Shipping Policy

Processing TimeΒ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping TimesΒ We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:

  • New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or carrier circumstances beyond our control.

TrackingΒ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import DutiesΒ International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ana's home-DECOR is not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost or Damaged OrdersΒ If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dmaiava1708@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
